Is It Research? IRB app makes it simple to determine if a project is human subject research under the federal IRB regulations (45 CFR 46) prior to 2019. With the change in the IRB regulations effective Jan 2019, this IRB app has been sunsetted. We are currently exploring a new iOS app based on the Jan 2019 IRB regulations.
